One of the joys we are privileged to participate in at reSource is what might be called a double blessing. We receive generous gifts from donors and then we receive greetings of gratitude from the recipients of those gifts. In this long winter season of COVID-19, as we have sought to help our partner schools develop their online teaching capacity (cf. Shoulder to Shoulder strategy), we have received multiple expressions of thanks. Be encouraged by reading these words of gratitude:

Remember, Celebrate, Dream | News From Colombia
For 75 years BSC has upheld the vision of preparing Christian pastors and leaders for Colombia, Latin America and the world. Their mission is to prepare highly trained men and women who exercise leadership for service to the evangelical church and the community. Their education is based on Biblical teaching and practice and they insist on Christian formation that focuses on the devotional life of each student.
Their hope is that each student will live a Christian cosmo-vision or worldview
in all of their daily activities.
Heather and Daniel Owens (International Consultant) On Returning to Vietnam
“Sometimes we are still amazed at how God has opened the door for us to serve the church in northern Vietnam, even providing a visa for Daniel to teach at Hanoi Bible College. Ten years ago we would not have dared to pray for such a thing. God truly does more than we can ask or imagine.”
Thanksgiving For Libraries That Equip Leaders
A shipment of new books arrived at the library of Lake Malawi Anglican University (LAMAU) in Lilongwe (central region), Malawi, Africa, and they couldn’t be more grateful!
IS THERE HOPE?
“Common sense dictates that we flee from a troubled region, while God’s calling for the Church is to endure, to discover its prophetic role, to proclaim the love of Christ, to live out Kingdom values, and to exhibit to the world the marks of the reign of God.
This is the kind of Church that is needed in the Arab world at a time like this. … We, at ABTS, are humbled and thrilled to be called by God to serve such a Church. … We work on developing leaders who are critical thinkers, with a strong spiritual character and competence in ministry skills, in addition to a pronounced missional impulse. Our region is starving for leaders. Our churches are facing a crisis of leadership.”
Young Pastors’ Retreat
“In the midst of some difficult family and life situations, God is working through these young pastors to strengthen the church. They are learning both the challenges and blessings of practical ministry, while also planning and praying about what God would have them do next.”
